Emellia is the Founder and Managing Director of Koukash Consultancy, a full-service communications and training consultancy driving impactful communication through our bespoke solutions. An experienced corporate affairs professional, Emellia has over a decade of experience partnering with clients across industry sectors: from international governments, energy and financial services to regulated industries in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the Americas and Africa. Emellia’s agency background has included roles with consultancies in London, Dubai, Brussels and Hong Kong.

It has stemmed from luxury PR and travel to professional services, financial institutions, petrochemical companies and NGOs. Before working in Corporate Affairs, Emellia worked in Westminster in a political capacity and has worked on Mayoral, Local Government and party leadership campaigns. In 2017, Emellia co-founded LEADWomen, a global network changing the narrative of upskilling, learning and development for women across the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Emellia has a strong understanding of international affairs and holds a Master of Science (MSc) focused on the History of International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
